  Consistently understaffed.
  
  Took about 5 minutes for someone to come "seat" us, and when she did she just walked past us and pointed at a table.
  
  She finally got us drinks about another 5 minutes later, but did not take our order until about 15 minutes after that. We watched her serve multiple tables multiple times while we sat waiting for our order to be taken.
  
  My drink was never refilled.
  
  She consistently cleaned other tables before she would take an empty plate off our table, and there were also only 4 other tables sat in the restaurant, all of which had arrived before us.
  
  Just to add the cherry on top I ended up having severe food poisoning for the next 3 days.

  If I could give it no stars I would. I have never been and I was dying to go. I made reservation a week in advance for a party of 10+ They wait till not only the day of but just barely a couple of hours before my reservation to call and tell me that they will be closed and can't do anything to help me. They offered no solutions. Weren't even sincere on the phone. They were rude and inconsiderate. I will definitely not to be attending there.

  This place is highly under publicized. Love this sushi place. Always quick and they do an amazing job. It's fresh and on point every time. The price is flat, either lunch for $12.95 or dinner for their discounted price of $16.95. You'd be hard pressed to find a better place at a better price. I've never been disappointed and always go away happy.
