  I am unsure who they have making the coffee here, but on 3 occasions I have been given the hazelnut coolatta with only the syrup or should I say base. The coffee extract was left out. I had no time to take it back and exchange it this morning as I did the other mornings. When I tried to call the store I would only get the Wilco and the clerk stated she did not know if they had a phone or not. Is this not adjacent to the gas station?
  This was a really bad idea. I say train your staff properly. No more dunkin donuts for me and my Hospital staff. Three strikes and you are out! Not to mention you feel rushed and service not warm and friendly. Too many youngsters running the show. Customer Service Skills a MUST!
