  Me and my husband walked in... there was a couple in front of us complaining about how they had not gotten their sandwiches and hadnt even gotten to pick their donuts, and they had been there for about 15 minutes. At first I was skeptical and thought maybe they just like to complain when they are not catered to.... so my husband and I are ordering donuts and the lady who was getting my donuts for me walked away when I was in the middle of telling her what donut I wanted.... I excused this and waited. When she came back she finished getting the donuts and took my order for two sandwiches.... my husband and i wait... and wait... to which we do not receive our sandwiches. Then my husband goes up to the counter to whoch the guy responds "our computer system is not sending order to the back, my bad" so we wait again for our sandwiches... in this time of waiting they had 4 sets of customers come in, and proceeded to mess up every single order. I will start going to the other location. I do love their donuts but the service ruined it for me.

  I have been here 3 times. The people are friendly the food is good. However, every time that we are there, normally around 11 in the morning, there is only 1 person working, there and 5 people waiting, and the wait is over 30 minutes to get food. Always they say that people are sick people called out. I would give better star but lack of people and service it's a 2. I will keep going to try and see if service gets better. And don't get me started on the drinks we ordered and 45 minutes later still haven't received them. Good thing we did not have anything to do that day
